Breathing Exercises

- Lengthen your Exhale - focus more on longer exhale that taking in deep breaths

- Abdomen Breathing - lie down with one hand over your ribcage and one over your heart feel out weather your stomach and chest move as you breath trough you nose then try to isolate the movements 

- Breath Focus - take notice of how it feels when you inhale, and exhale normally then take long breaths through your nose and exhale in a comfortable way for you and focus on how your diaphragm reacts

- Equal Breathing - close your eyes and count to 4 as you inhale then exhale for the same 4 count focus on the feeling of your lungs filling and emptying
